Shipping policy
Trust and satisfaction of our customers are our priority.
For this reason, we always strive to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. The delivery time is usually between 7 to 12 days, depending on the destination.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order after receiving the shipping confirmation, please refer to our "Returns and Exchanges" section.

In case the customer accidentally provides an incomplete address
If the provided address is incomplete, we will contact you via email to obtain the missing information needed for delivery. If you do not respond or ignore our request, any delivery delays will be your responsibility.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery
If you are unable to receive the package due to any of the following reasons:
- Absence at the time of delivery;
- Incorrect shipping address;
- Incorrect contact information;
It is important to inform us as soon as possible.
In case of a failed first delivery attempt, we will notify you, and you will have 7 business days to pick up the package from the warehouse or the designated collection point.
If you do not pick up the package within this time frame, we are not responsible for any potential destruction or damage to the package by the warehouse or courier. In such a case, you may request a refund of 70% of the order value.
In case the customer refuses to accept the package
If you decide to refuse the package upon delivery, you will not be eligible to request a refund.
